It's only the sixthday of the month, and I'm already broke.
Let's see. First I went to Kerteh for a site visit and paid the hotel around RM600. Then, I spent RM400 for a pair of wrist watch for Mama and Papa. That's RM1000 already.
The real nuisance was my car tyre. I, being absent-minded like always, forgot to change my tyres which are already balder than green peas. Went back to Taiping last weekend, only to have one of them burst mid-way. You read that right. Burst, not punctured or flattened. I reckon there had been a tear somewhere and the tear propogated along the circumference. Scary yet? It happened at 4 o'clok in the morning *pasang Lagu 4 In The Morning - Gwen Stefani.
And the real bad news is my spare tyre was also flat! Talk about rotten luck.
Had to call the PLUS Helpline, but couldn't do anything until morning. So got three tyres replaced (two are still in good condition, thank God) and I'm now RM430 poorer. Had a lump on my throat when the repair bill came. At least the hotel bill is reimbursable.
But it's high-time to change the tyres already. Except that it happened during the time I've spent so much. That hasn't include my usual monthly expenses, mind you (car loans and everything). I wonder who am I suppose to nag to get my expense claim faster.
So, anyone rich willing to sponsor me? *batting my eyelashes

Aku terbaca blog cik
Jejer yang telah mengomen di tag-board aku (thanks Jejer!)
dan aku tertarik dengan entry bertarikh 6 Jun 2007 (nasib tak 6 Jun
2006, matila 666 no setan!). Warning: Entry ini sedikit
emosi! Aku bawak la cerita yang lebih kurang sama
dengan entry si Jejer (ni memang nama ko ke? Nama betul ko Siti
Nurjejer ke? Atau Jejerina Latoya Antoni Michaelangelo?). Beberapa
minggu lepas aku bertandang ke rumah pakcik makcik aku. Ada beberapa
rumah yang aku bertandang. Rumah Pak Mat
(memang nama samaran): Pak Mat: AA dah kawin, LL dah kawin,
lepas ni turn <Paksu> la pulak. Aku: Hehehe
insya-Allah ada rezeki kawin la saya. Rumah Mak
Andak: Mak Andak: AA dah kawin, LL dah kawin,
<Paksu> bila pulak? Aku: Ok la, esok saya kawin.
Mak Andak sponsor la yer? Rumah Pak
Long: Pak Long: AA dah kawin - Aku: Papa, tolong
passkan kuih tu.  Kuih yang di-pass oleh Papa saya kepada saya yang tensi-

Pakcik-Pakcik dan Makcik-Makcik aku ni? Mak Ayah aku tak sibuk pun,
diorang pulak yang sibuk kan? Betul kata Jejer,
bukan sesuatu yang hina kalau perempuan itu dah umur lebih 25 tak kawin
lagi. Kalau sampai ke sudah tak kawin pun, tak sikit pun hina. Cuma
yang mungkin Jejer tak perasan (atau tak berlaku dalam keluarga dia)
sekarang ni lelaki pun kena soalan yang sama! Aduh, aku rasa dunia dah
kembali macam dulu, orang makin berlumba nak kawin
awal. Aku bukan against orang yang kawin awal. Malah
aku mengaku lagi awal kawin lagi bagus. Cuma sukalah aku nak ingatkan,
bukan semua orang ada kelebihan untuk kawin awal. Ko ingat nak cari
pasangan ni macam nak beli gula kat kedai? (aku rasa nak jawab macam ni
setiap kali kena soal). Boleh order kat mamak aje? Kedai pun
kadang-kadang kehabisan gula ok! Lokasi: Di kedai _______ (masukkan nama

Aku: Mamak, you ada
jual bini tak?
Mamak: Ada, ada tengok itu belakang punya rak
sebelah bawang juga taroh.
Aku: Yang muda-muda punya takde
ke?
Mamak: Ayo, sudah habis la tambi. Minggu depan stok baru
juga mari. Bawang juga ada, mau?

kata Jejer, kawin ni bukannya komitmen yang mudah. Kalau kita masih
belum jumpa orang yang kita yakin boleh hidup ke hujung umur bersama,
bangun tidur bersama, bina keluarga bersama, kita nak kawin jugak
ke? Lokasi: Dalam bas
Konduktor bas :
TIket, cik.
Perempuan: Saya tak kenal awak, tapi nak tak awak
kawin dengan saya?
Konduktor bas: Seeet! Esok kita pegi jumpa
tok kadi ek!
Ingat, kawin awal bukannya setiap masa bagus.
Aku ada kawan yang sebab nak kawin awal, sampai jual motor, ikat perut
macam nak gila. Makan dua kali sehari, kadang-kadang sekali sehari!
Memang aku tau kalau orang nak kawin, akan perlu mula menyimpan duit
jugak. Tapi sampai tahap menyiksa diri? Ramai aje
orang yang kawin lewat. Zara Salim Davidson tu, hah ko dapat kawin
dengan Raja Nazrin terus. Siap ada satu page khas kat Wikipedia lagi. Ko
ado?  Zara Salim Davidson. Nota: Bukan pengasas butik Zara.
Ingat,
sedangkan Nabi pun berkawin dengan orang yang berumur 45 tahun (jauh
sekali la aku ni setaraf dengan Nabi kan, nak kena panah petir?).
Betul, bila dah kawin lewat mungkin susah sedikit nak tanggung anak
sebab bila dah pencen pun anak masih bersekolah. Tapi daripada kawin
terburu-buru, kemudian baru setahun dah bercerai sebab tak
bersefahaman? Masalahnya soalan camni akan terkeluar
setiap kali berjumpa pakcik-makcik sampai aku dah naik menyampah, tapi
aku maniskan muka jugak sebab hormat. Tapi sampai bila? Mentaliti diri
perlu diubah. Kalau nak orang hormat kita, kita kena hormat orang dulu.
Bertanyakan soalan begini sebenarnya mencalar
kemaluan malu serta mencabar ego
seseorang. Kalau tanya sekali tu, paham la jugak. Ni setiap kali jumpa
nak tanya? Hello, ko nyanyuk ke hape? (berani ko jawab gitu?) Sebab tu
sekarang ni ramai je anak-anak muda yang bila bertandang aje terus
berkumpul sesama sebaya daripada bersembang dengan pakcik-makcik
sendiri. Aku tak tertekan dengan soalan-soalan macam
ni. Cuma aku bosan dan muak. Jangan nanti perkara macam ni buat aku
malas nak jumpa saudara mara. Noktah.

Wah, wah, lamanye aku tak hapdet.
What business does a pipeline
engineer have in Japan? To those who scored Geography (read: Fifi) one
of Japan's richest resource is iron ore. Why does a pipeline engineer
need iron? For steel-making. Why steel? For making
pipes!
So that was the main reason for my trip to
Japan recently; to procure steel.
We went to a three
steel mills; Nagoya (some of you may relate this to textile, but this
isn't the case), Hikari and Chiba.
This is where we
stayed in Nagoya.
Managed
to walk around Nagoya despite it was only a 2D1N stay; Amidst the cold
winter, this drink really made sense. Despite, it's just about the same
price as other normal drink. Things are expensive in
Japan.

This isn't a
funfair. It's a restaurant. I think each car fits one
couple.
Then we moved to
Hiroshima, where Hikari Mill is about 20 minutes away by train. I love
this town.  First experience in a bullet train. Man, this thing's
really fast.
On board entertainment. Bring your own earphone
*sigh...
This is where we stayed in Hiroshima. One thing about the
hotels there, is that they are very expensive. A four star hotel like
Hilton can cost you about RM1,000 per night. KL rate is just about
RM250.

Hiroshima is because of its Historical heritage (if you don't know the
tragedy already, go ask your mother).  A not-so-guiding guide. I'm lost, literally and
metaphorically.
In front of Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum (as if you
can't read the
sign)I felt really moved by the exhibits and
narration in the museum. It tells the tragedy of Hiroshima Bombing at
0815hrs, August 6 1945 where the world's first Atomic Bomb was dropped.
There are also stories from victims, antiques, gruesome images and
souvenirs. Even real watches that survived the tragedy that shows 8.15,
I'm amazed. You may think that it's just another museum, but believe
me, it's not.
 A very sad story. Rasa menyesal lak beli Starbucks
kelmarin. Boikot Amerika! Hehehe...
If you think this is gruesome, wait until you visit the
museum.
The famous Atomic Dome, or A-Dome, one of the remaining
ruins that you can find until today. It proves that steel can withstand
impact a lot better than
concrete.

What is it Singapore at this moment? I've been trying to get a hotel room since yesterday, and the whole day today until now. Is it because of Chinese New Year? But that will be at least another week to go. Chinese New Year shopping spree? Maybe la kot.
Only corporate suites are available, which rate at almost a month salary (my salary la, kalau salary ko 5 figures, what are you doing here on the first place? Pegi main golf). Now I'm waiting for my boss's green light whether we can accept the suites, or else... Duduk Johor je la malam esok. Eee tak bestnye!

Went for volleyball yesterday. Had a slow start but my pace got better midway. There's this guy who I always want to avoid playing with, but eventually I had to team with him. I have no grudge with him, really, but I can't stand his mouth! He is too much of a destructive criticism. Don't make any mistake when you're in the same team with him, or else he'll tell you this and that as if he's the best player on earth. Sakit hati giler dengar mulut lahanat dia ni, I tell you.
I think that's the problem with most of us la. We tend to express destructive criticism instead of constructive ones. I myself tend to do that at times. I don't think I have to explain further on this, just google the phrase 'destructive criticism' and I think Mr Google will tell you a lot of things.
Well, that's how the world goes.

Read Kevin Zahri's blog just now. You know Kevin Zahri? Don't know? Where you from aaa? Funny that while all this while I think he doesn't have what it takes to be an entertainer, I find his blog rather amusing. I'm talking about his entries lar. And also it's good that he shares his knowledge on nutrition and stuff, because at this moment I've gained excess fat on my tummy and want to shed it off. Boleh buat tempat sangkut baju, I tell you. I guess that's why they call it love handles. But that guy who pretends to be Kevin on myspace is a stalker, seriously. He knows everything about Kevin, and for what reason I don't know. Must be his worshipper hahaha!

After much delay (as I naturally do to all the work assigned to me) I finally reopened my blog. How do I manage to push myself to this glorious level *pegang piala* do you want to know? Don't want? I still want to tell I don't care. It's all thanks to Makcik Clena, the fan of my previous blog hahaha enter basket lift myself. I finally chatted with her just now, and finally *ada cahaya dari atas* was given the inspiration to blog *terang sangat cahaya ni terus tutup table lamp*. As you all know (wah, you all know ke pandai la aku wat cerita) i used to have a blog at paksu.mindsay.com (that blog is still there after all this years, I tell you... kagum sangat) and makcik clena, who has been a regular visitor of that blog. Weh makcik I still haven't got your name lar... Tapi aku nampak dah gambar ko kat YM walaupun ko tukar jadi gambar baby tapi aku sempat nampak dulu, aku suka aku suka hahahaha *tepuk tangan* Makcik, jangan lupa baca blog aku tiap-tiap hari tau (tiap-tiap hari ke update masalahnye?)
